Our Organizational approach

RN adopts and ensures the following organizational and technical approaches for effective implementation of its project, program and consulting services, 

  • Stakeholders including community Engagement and Participation: Involve stakeholder’s and  local communities in  project cycle management (Need assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) and decision-making processes to ensure that interventions are culturally appropriate, sustainable, and meet local priorities and needs.
  • Institutional Capacity Building: Provide training to empower local communities, strengthen institutional capacity community based organizations, Non-government organization and government entities to effectively manage and sustain impacts and good practices after phasing out project.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Foster partnerships and collaboration with CBOs, NGOs, government agencies, private sector entities, and international organizations to leverage resources, share expertise, and maximize impact.
  • Gender Equality Disability and Social Inclusion: Ensure that project interventions promote gender equality, social inclusion, and empowerment of marginalized groups such as women, Dalits, ethnic minorities, and people with disabilities.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track project progress, measure outcomes, and learn from successes and failures, allowing for adaptive management and continuous improvement.
  • Sustainability and Resilience: Design projects with a focus on long-term sustainability and resilience, considering environmental impacts, climate change adaptation, and local economic viability.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Respect: Respect local cultures, traditions, and customs throughout project implementation, seeking to build trust and foster meaningful relationships with the communities served.
  • Organizational Sustainability: Diversify funding sources to ensure financial stability and long-term sustainability, cultivate relationships with donors, grant-makers, and philanthropic organizations that share the organization’s values and priorities.
  • Safe and Effective Development:  follow do no harm principle to promote organizational image and acceptance, conduct  thorough risk assessment and prepare risk management plan to mitigate identified risks and ensure the safety of the staffs, beneficiaries and consultant.
  • Value for Money: adopt various practices and approaches in both project management and in organizational management that will contribute to achieving better value for money, ensure value for money by getting the correct balance between economy, equity, efficiency and effectiveness.
